Eligibility for Refund:

Jewelry must be in its original packaging, intact, unused, and in resellable condition.

No Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, size issues, personal preference, or any reason where there is no mistake from our side.

Wrong Item / Our Mistake:

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product due to our error:

• Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• We will arrange the return and cover the return shipping cost.

• After inspection, a replacement will be sent or a full refund will be processed.

Refund Processing (If Applicable):

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds (only in case of our mistake) will be processed within 2 business days.
