Return Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

Jewelry must be in its original packaging, intact & unused.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees for returning the product has to be paid by the customer in advance through any Digital Wallet. 

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
