Exchange Policy
Exchange Process-
We will arrange the courier pickup when the customer requests an exchange.
Costs-
The customer will need to pay the delivery fees twice for the exchange. If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the shipping cost.
Once the original product is received and inspected, the new product will be shipped out. No refunds will be provided if there is no mistake on our part.
Processing time: 2 business days after receiving the returned item.
No additional costs will be applied.
